We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after the delivery service marks your item delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you must save the original packaging (particularly important even if the item was damaged in transit).

To start a return, you can email us at info@studiolejeune with the subject “return request”. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to keep the original packaging and don’t discard it. The post office will not honor insurance coverage if they can’t inspect how the item was packaged.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs

You are responsible for shipping costs unless you are returning an item because it wasn’t the item you ordered (in which case we would pay for shipping).
