ABOUT THE ART & LORI LEJEUNE:
The Flight series is collectible artwork offering a modern interpretation of graceful birds and other creatures with wings. I began my art career with traditional drawing and painting, and my mixed media art is created by combining digital tools with traditional fine art techniques. The Flight series can be configured into patterns as well as installations for large spaces and offers a unique, signature look. My artwork has been collected throughout the U.S. and internationally in Australia and Turkey. It has been included in museum exhibitions in California and Texas.

Some additional facts about me are: a) a palmist told me that I have a creative gift sign in my palm; it is a star of 3 intersecting lines in my left palm right below my third finger and b) the first cash I received for my artwork was in fourth grade when I won $20 for a poster that I drew in a city-wide contest.
